Supporting our team
At Encore, our team’s mental health and wellbeing is a number one priority all year round and as it’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to share some of the things we have in place to help our employees, should they need any assistance.
We partnered with Health Assured, one of the leading health and wellbeing networks in the UK, in 2019 to introduce the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to the Encore team.
The innovative programme has been designed to help anyone who may be dealing with personal or professional problems, which could be impacting their home or work life, health and general wellbeing.
The Encore family have access to confidential support through the programme 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If they are facing any issues, they can speak to a friendly advisor over the phone, or via the online portal.
We believe it’s incredibly important for Encore to support all members of staff to ensure they are living the healthy and happy life they desire. Through the EAP employees can access advice on several areas including nutrition, fitness, finances and they can also attend webinars on matters which may relate to them.
